Rampage 1989 GI Joe Mail-In Figure MIB Rare! Sealed in Baggie Hasbro Heavy Metal

    Up for sale is an extremely rare Rampage action figure, made by Hasbro in 1989 for their G.I. Joe toy line. This figure was only available via mail order from Hasbro Direct that year. It is mint in sealed bag, unused, complete with its rifle, File Card, and the "letter from General Hawk" about why Rampage was sent to consumers instead of Steeler. Baggie has moderate wear and File Card has some wear, as seen in the photos (Unfortunately, the previous owner had this stored with loose figures). An ultra-rare sealed example of this rare figure.
