Toon Raph (Toon Cycle Variant) 1992 TMNT Action Figure Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Toon Raph action figure, made by Playmates Toys in 1992 for their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line. This is the variant version, without the pearlescent paint, which was only available with the Toon Cycle vehicle. It is in great, gently-used condition, with relatively minor wear. Its head-spinning action still works well. It has no accessories.
